Please include the following information in your message:

Registration number of your copy of Backupper. This number was specified in the letter you have received when you have bought Backupper.
The edition and version number of Backupper.
The detailed description of the problem. Usually we need some information about your Backupper settings as well as the type of your operating system to investigate the problem. The most essential parameters are run mode (application or service), autobackup schedule, allocation of data and backup directories (are they local or remote?) and file masks.

You can get information about your copy of Backupper (registration number, edition and version number) in the 'About' dialog: select 'Help - About' item in the menu of Manager.

Note. You must buy Backupper to receive technical support. However, we appreciate bug reports, new feature suggestions as well as your opinion about our program even if you are using trial version of Backupper.
